Relaxo Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. Redemption
Gift Cards are redeemable only at Relaxo Company-Owned Stores and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). They are not valid at any other retail outlets, wholesalers, multi-brand outlets, or franchise stores. Find your nearest EBO store -https://bit.ly/relaxo-
2. Validity
The Gift Card is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance. Upon expiry, any unused balance shall automatically lapse, and the Gift Card will not be renewed, revalidated, or replaced.
3. No Cash Refund or Top-Up
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, either in full or in part. They cannot be reloaded, topped up, or assigned any additional value after issuance.
4. Billing Policy
Customers must inform the store cashier prior to billing that payment will be made using a Gift Card.
5. Clubbing Limit
A maximum of seven (7) Gift Cards/Vouchers may be redeemed in a single transaction.
6. Usage Restrictions
Gift Cards/Vouchers must be redeemed in a single transaction. Partial redemption is not permitted. Any unused balance, if applicable, shall be forfeited.
7. Exchange Policy
In the event of an exchange of products purchased using a Gift Card/Voucher, a credit note shall be issued for future purchases, subject to the prevailing store exchange policy.
8. Responsibility
Relaxo shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of a Gift Card. No replacement, refund, or compensation shall be provided under any circumstances.
9. Amendment of Terms
Relaxo reserves the right to amend, modify, withdraw, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. General
Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India
