6-Month Limited Warranty

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Warranty Coverage: This Limited Warranty is applicable to all Hawaii chappal articles that bear the "6-Month Warranty" marking on their packaging. The warranty shall be valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase and covers manufacturing and material defects only.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase invoice/bill along with payment proof (if any) must be produced to avail the warranty.
  3. Covered Defects: The warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects such as sole separation, defective bonding, defective moulding, premature cracking due to material defects, or strap detachment resulting from a manufacturing defect.
  4. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

o   Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper use, dragging of feet, sports, industrial or commercial use, etc.;

o   Damage caused by cuts, sharp objects, chemicals, fire, excessive heat, water exposure beyond normal use, improper storage or unauthorised repairs or alterations;

o   Strap breakage or toe-plug failure caused by excessive force, pulling or twisting, unless determined to be due to a manufacturing defect;

o   Minor variations in colour, texture or finish that do not affect the functionality of the product.

  1. Inspection: All warranty claims shall be subject to inspection by the Company's representative to determine whether the defect is covered under this warranty.
  2. Remedy: If a manufacturing defect is established, the Company may, at its sole discretion, replace the product.
  3. Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  4. Jurisdiction: All disputes subject to exclusive territorial jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
